the message tells you what to do to install the game: go to settings > advanced > and check the option to allow installation of games with denied anticheat

like I said and like it's explained in the message you see, go to settings > advanced, there's a check to allow installation of games with broken/denied anticheat
after you turn on that option, you should be able to install gtav
I don't know how to explain that more

@Deleted User , that's the reason I told you to read that wiki page, you have to do multiple things for the game to work on mac, and one is using the paid version of crossover, it's all explained in the wiki page

I finnaly have a refund, because i have not renewed my CrossOver License. But yeah CrossOver is easy to use ke for some games like Half-Life
