Im stuck on bronze and idk what my teammates says like flanks and many more pls tell me i want to be good

Flank means to get behind the enemy
So I usually go into the enemy spawn and go behind them to whatever site they are at
For example like this
is it good to spam it always?
Is it good to spam flank always or no?
Not always, but if your team has more players you should do it
so like
If my 4 teammates are all on A site and the 5 enemies are on A site too i flank?
