Hello, I’d like to change the email on my Typebots account, but it’s not possible to do it directly. I need to contact the administrator.

Heya Letícia,
I believe email changes need to be done by first sending an email over to
[email protected]
with as much information as possible:
- The current email address associated to your Typebot account
- The new email address you'd like to associate with your account
This way it ensures a more privacy-friendly conversation where you won't have to expose your email addresses publicly here.
Alternatively, if you have an active Paid Typebot subscription, you should be able to do it like this:
1. Invite your new email into your workspace as Admin (for that go to Settings & Members
at the top of your Dashboard, then click on Members
on the left)
2. Log in with the new email
3. Remove the old email user from the workspace (same steps as 1. but to remove it)
