I currently want to set up a modded server for vanilla players to join. how do i do that? And is it possible?

Idk, i was playing in a ftw server and the bosses were modified
Like eoc being the twins
And boc shooting out projectiles and spawning another boc
Queen bee having a 2nd phase
Note that i was on mobile terraria
