Error gcode_macro _START_VAOC:gcode
Hello everyone, I'm new and I recently purchased my first RatRig v core 4 500.
I apologize in advance if my problem is trivial but I don't know where to go to solve it. I followed the configuration steps from the manual but it continues to give me this error when I try to calibrate the VAOC:
Error evaluating 'gcode_macro _START_VAOC:gcode': jinja2.exceptions.UndefinedError: 'extras.gcode_macro.GetStatusWrapper object' has no attribute 'z_offset_probe'.
Thank you very much in advance for anyone who will help me!!

did you update the configurator then ratos?
I would ssh in and run
ratos doctor
, and see if that resolves the issueHi @TheTik , thanks for the support! All updates checked and done but nothing.. still gives me the same problem...
you need to add the z_offset_probe config in your printer config, its the vaoc button config. you find the info in the idex comissioning guide
Hello @Helge Keck , thank you so much for the support! I had read something similar in another comment of yours and I went looking for the z_probe_offset configuration in the index comissioning guide but I didn't find it.. kindly tell me in detail where I find what you say in the guide? in which point thanks!!
A common issue people have with the guide is they don't notice they need to select IDEX as their kind of machine. The instructions change when you do so.
@TheTik thank you, but I did it..but I still can't find it... can you tell me in detail after selecting where I can find it?
Oh, I'm not sure that it is there, just that I know a lot of people don't do that so miss the instructions meant for their machine. If you've selected IDEX then you've got the right instructions
It does look like you need to make that selection for EVERY section, which is a bit obnoxious
Do you see this on your page of the commisioning guide?

I selected index from the beginning and followed the instructions but I stumbled upon this problem and I can't get out of it or find what you tell me to look for..
no, I've never seen this.. it's not in the guide I'm viewing.. sorry, can you share your link out of curiosity? mine is this:
thats the page. You have to click "IDEX" here

click the picture
Yes right, the same of mine! But i can t find your codeβ¦
so I just need to paste this code where and how it is written and then the values ββwill change automatically with the VAOC calibration, right?
I strongly recommend you follow the instructions on that page
all I did was go through the whole page, clicked the IDEX picture to select it for each section, then used Ctrl+F to search for the "z_offset_probe" text that Helge mentioned.
I did it, believe me! I wouldn't know how to venture without it but I can't find your code that's why I was going crazy.. tomorrow morning I'll try and hope it succeeds! thank you so much! ππ»
It is on that page, that is just a snapshot of that page, in the first section.
I did the exact same thing.. I don't know what to tell youβ¦π

Try a different browser maybe? That'd be weird but we're looking at the same page and you can't find it yet
I use safari and firefox.. tomorrow I'll try chrome
but under which chapter exactly is the code found?

found it! absurd.. I missed it! π€¦πΌββοΈππ» forgive me and thank you! @TheTik @Helge Keck
there ya go! Ctrl+F is your friend
ok, solved! thanks!!!
