Trouble Renewing SSL – DNS Validation Issues + Blocked Account
Hi all,
I'm trying to renew my SSL certificate for hassu.dev via Cloudflare, but I'm running into multiple issues:
TXT Record Conflict:
I received a domain validation request asking me to add two TXT records for _acme-challenge.hassu.dev, but my DNS provider says “an identical record already exists.” I can't seem to add both, and when I check with nslookup, I get “No answer.”
Certificate Expiry Deadline:
The SSL cert is set to expire on April 5, 2025, and I want to avoid downtime.
Cloudflare Account Blocked:
I got an automated support email with case ID 01450885, but when I click the support link, it asks me to login with a username + password. I am using google as my IDP and sign in through that.
I can't view or update the support case through the portal.
Can't Access "Register a Domain page":
I get this error message:
Domain registration unavailable
Your account has been blocked from performing this action
DNS Propagation Issues:
$ nslookup -q=ns hassu.dev
Server: 100.115.92.193
Address: 100.115.92.193#53
** server can't find hassu.dev: NXDOMAIN
I’ve tried verifying DNS propagation via external tools but still can’t complete the renewal process. I’m not sure if this is a DNS propagation issue, a UI bug, or something wrong with my Cloudflare setup.

is not a registered domain.according to cloudflare it is

It's still not registered.
Do you have any advice on what I can do?
Create a Registrar support ticket.
I have done that and they have updated the ticket, however I cannot view the support ticket. It requires a username and password which I don't have
You should receive the update via email, to which you can also reply.
