RPI not powering on

Not getting power to RPI from the motherboard.. i pulled the rpi.. powered it from an external powersupply works and boots.. when i reconnect the rpi to the Vcore 4-500 the reaspberry pi wont power on.. First 3d printer build ever.. and i have no idea where to start trouble shooting
