Support response times on urgent cases
Hello there,
I have an urgent support ticket open, but yet didn't receive a response even after 30+ Hours.
I know, I only own the workers paid plan and the domain I have issues with is on the free plan, so I am not Cloudflares biggest customer, but for urgent requests... what is the average response time?
A fun little side detail, when e-mailing them directly ([email protected]), I get a response just a few hours later telling me to use the support system :dogekek:

Billing is the main one but free/paygo is obviously also a lot of tickets
no the issue for me is that i bought a domain on cloudflare but when tryxing to connect it to a cloudflare page it says its part of a banned domain lol
kinds strange that i can buy the domain on cf but cant use it on cf 😂
