My Domain is Locked in Cloudflare Registrar
Hello everyone,
I’m facing an urgent issue with my Cloudflare account. My account (hoangxxxx@gmail.com) has been suspended, and as a result, my domain is locked in Cloudflare Registrar. This is causing major disruptions to my website and services.
I have already reached out to Cloudflare’s Trust & Safety team via email but have not received a response for several days. Since this is an urgent matter, I would appreciate any guidance or advice from the community here.
Here’s a summary of my issue:
Issue: Domain is locked and I cannot manage or transfer it.
Actions Taken: Contacted Trust & Safety team but received no reply yet.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has advice on how to get Cloudflare’s attention more quickly, please let me know.
