From Randal Koene, 12:32 AM I finished making our front-end scripts concurrently sensible (if the same user runs multiple in the same directory via multiple terminals) using an experiments database that detects and uses database locking as needed. I merged this into main and did some further tweaks. Summary: - reservoir, connectome and acquisition script changes to use a unified ExpsDB.json database to track each experiment step and to work when a user runs multiple experiments concurrently - acquisition script options updated to default to not downloading EM images - acquisition script options updated to make use of new Segmentation and Meshing EM options - Run.sh script updated to use the new options - Run.sh script updated to simplify running front-end scripts on a local machine while running the API server on the VM, and to simplify running scripts on the VM API server but open Neuroglancer links on a local browser
