"Lacking read permissions" for folder when trying to add external libraries

Hi, I just installed Immich on TrueNAS Scale and I am trying to add external libraries as this guy does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abqnhmOs7_A but I get "Lacking read permissions". I dont really understand which user I should add to my ACL for this dataset I'm trying to add. When I ls -ll in the console I can see the /myphotos folder and that it is drwxrwx---+ Do you have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks
