game voice language not working
according to every resource ive seen on the internet it tells me that if i change the text language of the game then it changes the voicelines to that language aswell, i tried doing that but nothing changed other than the text, tried repairing the files but still the same voicelines. how do i fix it?

After you change the language you’re supposed to restart in order for it work
restart the client?
because i already had the game closed when i changed it, and the text changes works but not the voice
what is it that you want me to restart?

i tried restarting the game, restarted the client, changed the language in the client, redownloaded the game, still english
Chinese uses English audio
Mandarin audio is exculsive to chinese region accounts
