In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.

backups could be on ssd as well as they'll generally be small
perfect thanks. host path goes on ssd right, i feel like that one is quite clear? also what is Immich Uploads Storage why is that one on ssd? is that just like where the file i upload goes before it gets sorted into video or library?
I'm not sure what "host path" is referencing, sorry
The uploads location is where all media is stored unless the storage template is enabled & processes a job. I suppose it may make more sense to put it on the HDD so it's a move operation instead of a copy/delete
