Twitch's bitrate cap is too low for high quality 1080p but its high enough that you can stream higher than 720p 936p might seem random, like why not 1600x900 which is a normal resolution. Its bc 936 is divisible by 8 and 900 isnt. At at deep technical level that may or may not matter, video is broken into blocks for encoding that are 4x4, 8x8, or 16x16. For some reason, everyone always says Nvenc works best with a multiple of 8 for that reason. - https://www.reddit.com/r/obs/comments/1bzws63/why_do_some_streamers_stream_at_936p_what_is_it/
