My immich_server keeps cycling, never fully boots up. I'm getting: "clip_index" does not exist
I was running 1.130.3 and it seemed to be working fine. After running it a few days I decided to switch one of the smartsearch models. That seemed find and would take a few days to run. After it finished i noticed that I was unable to download photos from my library so I restarted docker (down and then up). That's when the cycling began. I cannot get into immich at this point.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.

I just went into the database and generated an empty index:
CREATE INDEX clip_index ON smart_search ((md5(embedding::text)));
Works now.
