videos shortened via samsung gallery are failing transcoding and thumbnail generation
on the right is a video straight from camera, which transcodes correctly. on the left is same video, but first 5 seconds taken out with samsung's gallery video edit tool.
it's a HEVC HDR10+ 4k 60FPS video. i'm using default video transcoding settings on synology ds224+.
