Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_y' register IFCNT

Unable to read tmc uart 'stepper_y' register IFCNT
Running through commisioning guide and getting an error with stepper_y.
I replaced the stepper with a new spare, same behavior
Then I swapped the positioning of all steppers, same behavior
I Jiggled and inspected the wire, same behavior
What is my next path for debuggin this?

they are correct bvut i reseated them all, and now it loks like its working, ffs thanks
