Cyberpunk 2077 won't launch after updates
I was able to play the game with no notable issues on 2025-02-18. I did not try launching it again until shortly before this post. When I attempted to launch the game, Heroic notified me that there was a pending game update; I allowed it to run and install it. Upon clicking the green Play Now button, after a few seconds a small window opens and immediately closes, and the Play Now button shows up again. I've already ensured that my flatpak is up to date using the command listed in the FAQ. I also previously tried launching the game under Wine-GE-Proton8-26 and GE-Proton9-22, with no noticeable difference.
