according me its asking completely diffrent things when it said N-MN-Cl and Mn-CL and Mn-N
acc to N-Mn-Cl it talking abt how many such would exist so 4 N x 2 Cl ans should be 8 but they just asked for total no of Mn-Cl and Mn-N or am i missing something

It says bond angle which is joining groups which are cis w.r.t to each other, so, we cannot take a bond angle which is joining groups which are Trans w.r.t each other
Here, these two angles cannot be taken as groups joining them are at Trans w.r.t each other 👆
That's why, you are getting 2 additional angles
