How to upgrade to Standard usage model?

Hello! I'm currently on a Pro Plan and would like to upgrade to the Standard usage model for my workers/pages functions.

What is the easiest way to do that?
Are there any additional costs than the $5 +$0.30 per additional million?
Are there any additional agreements when signing up for the Standard usage model?
What is best practice for preventing too many requests to a pages function? Rate limting? CPU limits?

Unless you're an Enterprise customer that was previously using Bundled/Unbound, you will already be on Standard.

as for costs, nothing additional outside of what we list on our docs
no additional agreement
and yeah, they're good ideas
