Account Deleted

I just got a notification last midnight, notifying me of my account gotten deleted in which I didnt initalize it. How could that have happen and how i can i trace and/or resolve to a conclusion

you could check the audit log to see what happened, and open a support ticket if you have issues with your account or create a new one ?support

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email. Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community. Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories.
