Email notifications: can't change subject
I'm translating the email notifications, the account creation email gets fully replaced by my custom one, allowing me to set a custom "subject" , that's not really a subject but just an invisible <div> , which is the same way the default email does it.
issue: both album notifications enforce an English subject that's impossible to change

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:

- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.

If this ticket can be closed you can use the /close command, and re-open it later if needed.nvm, the invisible div trick sometimes works, sometimes doesn't idk why. There is no way to set the subject
before it was "You have been invited to a new immich instance" now for no reason and no change by me, it's "Welcome to Immich"
