Email notifications: can't change subject

I'm translating the email notifications, the account creation email gets fully replaced by my custom one, allowing me to set a custom "subject" , that's not really a subject but just an invisible <div> , which is the same way the default email does it.

issue: both album notifications enforce an English subject that's impossible to change

nvm, the invisible div trick sometimes works, sometimes doesn't idk why. There is no way to set the subject

before it was "You have been invited to a new immich instance" now for no reason and no change by me, it's "Welcome to Immich"
