How come after I just built a new better pc I’m getting less frames and lag spikes

What are ur specs and how many fps are u getting
Does this show u what I have idk
I’m getting like 200 avg in game
but I’m like lagging
check cpu temps, turn on statistics graphs from settings.

This is when I’m not running anything but when I was playing Val the gpu was around 5-10%
