What would happen if i spam friend request in game for too much , will it stop appearing " friend request sent" when u spam it more than 50 times or sth like that , or I got blocked?

you cant spam friend requests if there already is one sent to the account
So if i sent a friend request and the message " friend request sent" didnt appear , is that mean Im blocked?
