I'm i3 peak b1 and I know like maps and crosshair placement and everything any yt video will tell me but when I get a good game I play bronze 3's and 1 bad game later my teammates are throwers and new players

crosshair placement goes along with angle holding, so if you have the crosshair placement but you're rounding corners close to the wall when peeking it is hard to get kills
this was my biggest mistake that i was doing when i was back in iron/bronze
haven't improved since tho (i'm silver) so try to see if mindlessly clear angles

It would certainly help if you had a better pc, but you definitely don't need it on 60fps.
ur cpu is fine
and a 60hz screen is fine until maybe diamond or asc and even then it shouldnt matter too much
i feel like everyone stuck in iron has a reason
just play some more deathmatches

ur hs rating isnt actually bad for an iron
im guessing that the placement is fine but you panic when u see an enemy?
also try to improve your sheriff or stinger aim
you tend to do worse on ecos
