LOD Pre-Generation of the nether (with custom biomes) freezes

Hello there!

I was in the last stages of preparing a multiplayer server for friends until I realized DH has not done almost any progress pre-generating the LOD of the nether 🫠
I am not using a "known" incompatible mod and this caught me off guard considering that for the overworld it worked flawlessly.

The only info that I have is that the server still doing some computation given the fact that before putting the /dh pregen command, CPU usage is really low, and aferwards (and even after using /dh pregen stop) it gets high, just that... The log does not spit out any errors?! I just check using /dh pregen status and is the same message.

Further from that I was using he last nightly build before the 2.3 dropped in modrinth, and upgrading to this more recent version does not change anything.
