Genshin Impact launcher failing to start game after ingame update
I opened genshin after long time, and it loaded fine but needed ingame update, worked fine, played for 2 hours without any issue.
but next time I am getting error "Genshin impact Encountered Serious problem" when trying to launch game from hoyo launcher launched from heroic
other game like ZZZ works fine.

forgot the name of the person who suggested the Wine update
but I found out that I was using the deprecated version wine ge
switched to Proton
it working now
