I have too many minutes from some users.
I just added the bot to my Discord, and overnight they already had 1,300 minutes even though the users are not active.
I'd like to remove the minutes from the leaderboard for these users.

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping command), as well as which users are having this issue.

(We've been working on tracking down a voice xp bug, it should be fixed as of like 6 hours ago)
Reset the time in users' voice channels to 0, so they do not appear on the leaderboard.
Solution
voice minutes for all 3 users have been fully cleared now!
Is there anything we can do to prevent this from happening again? Is this a bug, or have they imported their files to the server?
It's a bug that happened unfortunately with a script we ran earlier today to fix some broken db data, it's not one that should happen again though
