How to set up levelling based on XP in message and voice. In need of clear and accurate instruction.
Hello, from the UK~ I've just added the bot to my server, and I'm trying to figure out how to make a certain level of XP required to achieve a specific level/role. Are levels and XP different? To what extent do you levels, roles and XP go hand in hand/trigger eachother?
I'm really struggling to figure out what means what, I'm unsure how the custom formulas works, as I am aware that it's not accurate on the documentation at the moment. I have looked through all of the XP settings and with /xp add command is this just adding XP to those with the existing role or is it creating the threshold?
In message XP settings, it does not have anything that addresses the creation of this threshold nor defines it. Unless I'm doing something wrong, which, if someone could point out that would be amazing.

Hey! Just a quick question, couldn't seem to find an answer anywhere but apologies if it's been answered already!
On the website there's 3 options 'User Premium', 'Server Premium' and then 'Whitelabel'. I know what the whitelabel one does and will most likely purchase it but whats the difference between 'User Premium' and 'Server Premium' other then one being lifetime. Do you not get Server Premium perks with the user one? Slightly confused, never really seen this done before.

Kiai server premium is for increased limits, access to more features for the entire server, a custom rank card for your own server, and also early access to some new features (and more that I can't think of off the top of my head, but its listed on the site). This one is a monthly subscription between $1.99 and $9.99 depending on your server's size...

It takes a little bit to actually activate depending on when you purchase it I believe, but if you’re sure you received no DM, then we’ll look into that part for future subscribers.

Hi. You can toggle this by using the “Stack Role Rewards” setting, found in
/settings -> Leveling Settings -> Stack Role Rewards.
If enabled, the user will keep their previous roles. If disabled, previous roles will be removed when a user reaches a reward....Wondering

Hey hey is there a way to increase the amount of daily XP drops? 5 for servers of 50k+ seem to be a little to few.

I just want to set a default custom level up message but its literally not letting me, only making me add a message by hand to each level.

Ah, i understand now. You can backspace it all and enter to leave it all blank and get the form popup
