[bug?] Low FPS by blocks/tiles

So, i have interesting observation about that.
I've low FPS on enough good PC, and low FPS caused by tiles/blocks rendering, on elevated platforms and fly i've good performance...
I tried almost everything of listed in tmodloader github page, also tried disable SMT to force CPU to use only thread per core, just nothing, helped only tile rendering optimization from "high FPS support", but it's buggy and not enough for good performance, also i know about one-thread in-game engine, most load comes out from CPU, GPU works good on any cases, integrated GPU disabled on BIOS...

CPU: AMD R5 2400G 4c/8t 3.6GHz
RAM: 16gb 2993Mhz DDR4
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb (Vendor:Gigabyte)
