Cloudflare tunnel suddenly stopped working

Tunnels have been working well until suddenly they don’t connect, with no errors indicated in logs.
Our local server is running, firewall configured correctly, but the .cfargotunnel.com pointed to from the CNAME record on our domain does not resolve. All tunnels were working well before yesterday.
The strange part is they still work when requested via our serverless lambdas, they just don’t work when requested through the web browser or our app.
