Vintage knit polos brands and materials
I'm in a hot climate and want to look into vintage knit polos that weren't made with polyester. What vintage brands made a knit polo button up or johnny collar polo with cotton and not polyester? Is the inspiration for the trend pretty much from Sears polyester shirts from the 70s? I think these polo were popular in the 50s and 60s with beat and mod styles and do know they came back around in the late 90s and early 2000s. Who was making these polos for beats and mods and when the trend came back around in the 90s?
