How do I fix this network issue?

this has been happening more and more often and theres nothing wrong with my internet. I can't interact or do anything until it eventually teleports me back. Whats weird though is I can see all my teams movements and enemy movements but im still "disconnected" in spawn. Any fixes? Sometimes it even happens so bad I can go all the way into the enemies spawn and see them moving and stuff.
