TLC Boot sizing

I'm not sure if the measurements listed are for the shoes or for what your feet should be 
i measured my feet and they are 26cm edge of heel to edge of toe + ~10cm at the widest point. Size 39 lists 26.1 cm length and 8.3 cm width.
does anyone have info of if those measurements are accurate? do u think the 39s will be too narrow? am i cooked?
