Will the chicken count If I use tactical attachment in crossbow to kill last enemy?? Also which is better to use - with / without attachment

I would suggest using it without the attachment just to be on the safe side as I know how time consuming that achievement can be.
However, logically it should still count since the elimination broadcast still shows the crossbow symbol when a player gets eliminated by the explosion. If it does not count, you can report it as a bug from https://pubgmobile.live/support.
