when the hacker hack my account, he's not just hack my PUBG mobile account, but also remove my linked social media from my account and he reset my phone. so everything gone.

If you have tried using both of the in-game recovery tool and the recovery form, but both of them are rejected. Your only option is to contact the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
