I did not use illegal programs (Hack) My account has been unjustly banned and I do not know how to communicate or how to recover it or look at it. Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
For non-permanent account suspensions, please use the File Claim option available on the account suspension dialog box if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
