LODS loading in sky mirroring world and previous chunks not loading

I installed a mod called "no max building height limit" to build higher up and ever since it broke my Distant Horizons, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling both oculus and DH, was wondering if anyone had any solutions?

im using DH 2.1.2
and oculus 1.7.0
