High ping only on dubai
i have high ping on dubai only which is unusual as it to be my lowest ping server now bahrain is, i have 90 ping on dubai and ingame it spikes up to 150 and completely not stable for me to play on,(i live literally next to dubai)

who is your provider ?
they might have an outage

can you please traceroute towards
162.249.75.0 and post it here ? I think one of the third party transit provider routes this away from dubai via a longroute
might be also congestion on their links, I see some patterns in the evenings
