My game is stuttering with DH, on extreme quality, any help or suggestions?

What CPU load are you on?
Does reducing the quality preset help much?
How much memory do you have allocated?
Do you have any special GC/JVM flags?

Yes it only happens on extreme,

The obvious solution is to just reduce the CPU load and quality presets
You can also try using GC flags: https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/1304910897658986570/1305234534492803165 and see if that helps much
I have a pretty good setup though, it really shouldnt be doing this

Im asking because it prompted me to update in the start menu and i did it, and all of a sudden its glitching out
How much VRAM is used on Extreme and how much does your GPU have?
I have 24GB of vram
Extreme, i could not tell you, it gets to a seconds/frame state i cant do anything until it eventually crashes
I give the game 24GB of ram too
