Totally New Here & to Cloudflare

Apologies if wrong place but I managed to have Cloudflare running as a container in Docker for QNAP NAS but Cloudflare is saying that the tunnel is INACTIVE - anybody have any ideas ?
Container setup is as follows:

Network = HOST
and the TUNNEL_TOKEN is added.
