Onitsuka Tigers? What models should I consider and what's the hype?
Hi there. I'm currently in Japan and there's an onitsuka store near me. When I lived here I saw a lot of them, but in the states not so much.
To me they just seemed like standard tennis shoes, but I had the chance to feel on some recently and they appear to be very wide toebox, solid shoes. That's the appeal, for me.
But why does this brand seem to have a cult following, and are they a better purchase than say, some white new balances?
