I'm just starting to use Apify for my company and getting some reviews of different websites.

I'm fully able to get the data from the API
/run-sync-get-dataset-items, but couple of questions:
- How can I avoid re fetching what I already fetch in the past ?
- How can I manage page with a lot of reviews ? It sound like there is no pagination available and I'm getting the result instantly in my requests.
- Requests can take time, I have a limit of 15 minutes, any idea how can I make this working to avoid running out of 15 mins ?5 Replies
