My account was hacked in late 2024. When I managed to recover it on December 27th, it was already banned.
I’ve never used any cheats or illegal software — I was a victim.
I’ve tried contacting support many times but received no response.

If your account has been banned for 10 years, feel free to submit a ban appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support. You can track the progress of your appeal from https://pubgmobile.live/status.
You will need to submit an appeal in-game if the ban duration is less than 10 years.
