Chunky Brown Derbies

Hi everyone, looking at some brown low laceups for summer. My usual vibe leans workweary, and I’m looking for some comfortable shoes. My budget is ~350 ish USD. I’ve been looking at doc martens derbies and red wings moc toes, but I’d take recs that aren’t as workwear too Thank you!

Red Wing postman might work Guessing you are US based going by budget currency, you could try looking for White's Oxfords secondhand Nicks might have something in a derby/oxford also that you could get secondhand

Secondhand is a good idea! I can try nicks or whites are they comfy? I need a pretty decent amount of arch support or my feet hate me

Depends on which last but it actually took me some adjustment to get used to my white's because they have a lot of arch support

A lot of these are really cool but I’m wary of buying leather shoes unworn. It’s never worked out for me I live in Ohio and all we’ve got is docs and redwings I think

If you are looking at moc toes don’t forget thorogood or carolina. There’s also parkhurst and oak street. Wesco is also in the PNW boot territory and so is JK. Wesco is more dressy workwear while JK is full on work In the budget pnw boot territory there is the JK 300 which are all 6 inch tall and under $400, if your okay with a full 10 inch boot then there is franks patriot which is sub $400 as well
