Pool Error while connecting with Drizzle and error to view tables through Neon Dashboard

In both Cases, there is a connection error, and when I try to see my tables through SQL Editor, I get the same connection error.
I am using Drizzle ORM with Node.js with pooling to connect to Neon, but I am getting the pool error. I am sharing the screenshots.
