high ping / routing issue
hi hi, my ping used to be 57-61 in the cali server but now, it is 100-105. i contacted support and followed all of their steps but it hasn't improved. my ping switches back and forth to its old ping. in one match, it'll be 57-61 and in the next, it'll be 100-105. i also noticed that my ping in the texas server is lower than it used to be (before: 84-87, now: 64-67). however, my ping also switches back and forth in that server. any and all help is appreciated!

oh maybe u talked to a low level worker or idk atleast that's how it works here did they escalate you to someone or just told u to deal with it

are you playing on wifi or ethernet, get your network graphs enabled to see if the latency spikes during your matches please

those look pretty ok, did your latency jumped while playing the game ?
my latency didn't jump while playing. however, in the lobby, my ping was 66-67 but in the match, my ping was 83-85. every match has a different ping ;-;
i don't rlly mind playing in the texas server but the ping inconsistency gives me headaches!

ty for getting back to me! my ping to the cali server is slightly higher than it used to be but way lower than the 100-105 it was at. my ping to the texas server is back to 84-87 like it used to be .w.
They are now preferring LAX connection with us instead of Dallas which. Pheonix < - > LAX is closer in my head, that is why your Dallas is up a bit. I still think this should be lower to be honest but we will have to take it for now until they upgrade the infrastructure. Average dropped to about 35ms for Arizona players though
