I did make a form on https://pubgmobile.live/support and make in-game claim to recover my hacked account, but both was rejected.
I have all the information to prove that I was the owner of the account, but everytime I make in-game claim for account recovery always get rejected. Is it because I did not use trusted/frequently used Device? (but 2 of my trusted device on the account already removed from the account by the hacker)
I can show all the receipts from last year to prove I own the account.
I need more information how to get back my PUBGM account, really need big help!
