FPS dropped for no reason
So basically when I first started playing the game and not long ago I used to get 170-200fps in every game mode while running apps in the background like STEAM, DISCORD, VALORANT TRACKER etc nothing huge to impact my FPS, in The-Range I used to get 300fps but suddenly after a new act or updates and just in general I saw a massive fps drop like 100fps drop I now get 80-100fps in games and in The-Range I get 120max I don’t know it just ruined my fps and gaming experience it’s way more laggy and feels very low quality. One thing I saw is that a week ago I was getting 150fps I thought it was my gaming laptops problem but I don’t think it is as it runs mostly every game even tho it’s like 4 year old laptop. So because of this I window reset my pc I wiped everything started fresh but still I downloaded valorant first and I got the same fps I don’t have any idea what to do PLEASE HELP in any way.
THESE ARE MY SPECS
32gb ram
intel i5-10300H
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
I play thought a monitor connected from my laptop using HDMI

Hey there! Do a diagnostics test on your GPU and CPU, your FPS could be affected by certain windows settings and optimizations see what is taking the most CPU usage as Valorant runs heavier on the CPU than it does GPU
Ok I will try that 🙂 after I do that what should I do?
Either limit said extensions, update drivers, and so forth
I’m sorry but I’ve been trying to find out how to do I don’t know how do you have any idea how to do it?
