Lululemon ABC pants questions
Hi, I’m looking to expand my pants selection from jeans/sweatpants and it looks like LLL ABC pants are highly recommended, but I have zero fashion sense so wanted to make sure I’m getting the right ones.
- Fabric—is one specifically recommended or standard? (warpstreme, wovenair, stretch cotton versatwill, smooth twill, utilitech)
- Fit—stick with classic over slim, right?
- Type—“trouser” or “5-pocket pant”? I assume both are valid depending on circumstances, but is one typically implied when people recommend ABC pants?
- Color—does the Basic Bastard suggestion of khaki/caramel/olive for chinos also apply?
- Formality—are they too casual to wear in a workplace where everyone wears jeans, or are they about on par with jeans? I’d be wearing them with a pique or performance polo and black Vans classics.
- Like New—has anyone purchased from LLL’s Like New trade-in program? It’s a bit cheaper than sale prices but I’m wary since it doesn’t list the fabric or type (trouser/5 pocket) for a lot of the listings, which makes it seem more like eBay than a clearance sale.
